THE SEARCH IS OVER

http://geanness.tumblr.com
Finding a job is easy, landing the job is hard. Seriously, there are lots of job in our country but sad to say, only for those who have the qualifications.

3 months--- That's how long it took me to land a job. Honestly, it was not easy even though I have the qualifications. I've been to lots of companies, took lots of pre-employment exam and interviews where there are only 2 kinds of result --- It's either Congratulations! You passed the exam and wait for our call for the schedule of interview (but they never call) or Unfortunately, you were not able to passed the exam. All you can do is wait.

They say "Patience is a virtue", well they were right. It really tested my patience, I almost felt hopeless and regret all the opportunities that knocked on my door before but let it passed because of laziness and Angry birds, that I was already convinced to work in BPO as an agent. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against agents,  it's just that I don't think it will do good on me and besides, my English is epic/fail. But talk about Perfect Timing, just when I was about to process my requirements as agent, the company I’ve been eyeing for the past months called me and scheduled me for an interview, and guess what? Not just an interview, but a one-day process hiring.

I graduated last April 12, 2011 with a degree in Computer Science and Information System. Finally, after 3 months, I can now say that the search is over. I'm bummer no more. God is good.

Mansion Querida

COLEGIO DELA INMACULADA CONCEPCION DELA CONCORDIA

Concordia College, A Filipino christian community of learners committed to integral formation for transformation.

Pergola This is the walkway from the front/first gate up to the second gate then second gate up to the quadrangle. So if you arrived at the front gate at 6:55 am, you need not to worry since for sure, when you arrived at the second gate you are already considered late for 7am bell. And so, you have to log on the latecomers logbook and have to fall in line for the latecomer's flag ceremony.

Quadrangle This is where we do our daily activities like flag ceremony, morning praise on Fridays, rosary sessions every rosary month and quarterly exams, quarterly recognition, announcements and of course, this is the perfect place to play dodge ball with crumpled paper that serves as the ball.

Canteen This is the overpriced canteen, No, just kidding! :) They don't sell junkfoods and softdrinks, just biscuits, milo, and different kinds of juices. I'm not sure if  "Self bussing" is the right term, but you have to clean the table you occupied as you go.

Library This is our un-airconditioned high school library. Actually, we have three libraries, one for each department (Elementary, Highschool, College). We are kinda required to visit our library atleast twice a week since we have a 40 minute library time on our class schedule. There are also 5 computers available inside for online research.

Gymnasium This is the venue for events that involves the whole student body like intramurals, elections, mass, concerts, etc.

Auditorium This is the venue for seminars and other school programs like School plays, Christmas carol, Nutrition month, English month, and all other monthly celebrations.

Chapel Of course, this the venue for the mass and all other holy thing concerned matter. A daily mass is also held here every 6am and everyone is invited to attend.

Maybe you are wondering why I bothered to blog about my Mansion Querida--- Me, Myself & I don't know either, maybe I missed it, the people, the place and the good old times with friends. This is where I spent 4 amazing years of my life. From Grade 7 up to Grade 10. I learned a lot from this school. It taught me to be nice, friendly, disciplined, simple and all. Concordia College will be forever in my heart! Cheesy much!

HIGHSCHOOL

Senior days infront of BED Office
Hahaha). June or May 2010 ko pa ata sila nakita, nung nanuod kami ng Sex & The City 2 sa greenbelt kahit na palagi silang nag-aaya (As in palagi, like every friday) para magdinner or movie or nomnom or all of the above.

As in over over na saya. Hahaha. :)
